How do I book a session and make payment?

You can choose an available session from Monday to Friday via our website. Daycare slots are subjected to availability. 


Payment to be made via PayNow to UEN 201905721R. Please send us the payment details for confirmation.

No refunds will be given for late cancellations or absence.

What time can I expect my pet to be picked up and sent home?

Pick Up

9am to 11am  


Drop Off

12.30pm to 2.30pm

How can I check on my pet during their day out?

As we are busy tending to the dogs during the day, photos and videos will be sent via a Google Drive link at the end of the day. Owners will be able to download the files from the link provided.

What does my dog need to bring along for the session?

Please have your dog's collar and leash ready and pack along their shampoo if we are headed to the beach!

How will I know if my dog is suitable to join? Does my dog require an assessment?

Fur kids of all breeds and ages are welcome to join us! Puppies can come along for some fun too as long as they have had all their vaccinations done.

No assessment is needed but it'll be helpful if you can tell us more about your dog's temperament, personality and anything else we should take note of in the indemnity form which will be sent to you upon confirmation of your first session!

What if my dog does not get along with other dogs or does not know how to swim?

Like humans, it is only normal for dogs to not get along once in awhile but we do our best to minimise such occurrences and ensure every dog's safety and well being.

The dogs will learn how to socialize, just like how they will learn how to swim in time! 

Do i need to pack lunch for my dog or will food be provided during daycare?

No food is needed as we do not recommend that the dogs eat in the midst of all the activities as it may cause indigestion and discomfort.

What happens if it rains?

Daycare will still go on! Rescheduling will be subjected to availability. No refunds will be given for cancellations.
